✷Themed Bouquet Bars can be customized for your event.
Remember When Florals will supply a gorgeous assortment of flowers and foliage, along with a bouquet stand, an assembly table, bouquet wraps, ribbon, and clear instructional signage (e.g., "Take 2 from the top row, 3 from the middle row, and 2 from the bottom row"). The flower assortment per row is tailored to the number of guests being accommodated.
A minimum of 2.5 hours is needed for set up, including unloading, and 1.5 hours for breakdown.
The base cost is $620.
✷ We provide flowers for up to 30 bouquets. Fewer guests mean bigger bouquets! And additional guests can be accommodated with more flowers, priced per bouquet. For events requiring over 50 bouquets, a second Bouquet Bar will be needed. For over 100 bouquets, a third Bouquet Bar will be required, and so on.
✷ A Bouquet Bartender who provides on-site support & hands-on assistance for up to 2 hours. (A second Bouquet Bartender is required for 50+ bouquets.)

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your event. Between 30 and 21 days prior, 50% of your deposit can be refunded. Within 21 days of your event, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but may be applied to a future booking with The Bouquet Bar. The remaining balance is due in-full two weeks before your event.
